Weddings, Birthday Parties & Private Events


There are 2 Payments for Weddings, Birthday Parties and Private Events,  a Booking Fee to confirm your booking and the Balance Payment which is payable on the day of your event.


1. Booking Fee

For Booking Fees, we accept the following payment options:

  • Direct Credit Card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Bank Draft / Postal Order
  • Cash (by arrangement at our office)

Credit Cards can be accepted online or by phone.


2. Balance Payment

After the booking fee is paid, the booking is confirmed. The remainder is called the Balance Payment, this is the amount between the hirer and the performer.


Balance Payments are made by Cash directly to the performer who will provide a receipt on the day of the event. Bank Transfer may also be accepted. We do not accept cheques.


We may accept a Balance Payment by Credit Card only by prior arrangement for the remainder. Please note due to Admin, Merchant Fees and applicable Tax, there will be a charge of +20% charge for this service.

Corporate Events

For any corporate events or where the billing or invoicing is to company, there are no booking fees – full prepayment of the fee is required to confirm date. We accept the following payment methods for Corporate Events.


  • Direct Credit Card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer


Account Services may be available to Corporate Clients, subject to status and an agreement of over 35 events per year.

Silent Disco

For any Silent Disco events, a Booking fee is accepted for Weddings, Birthdays and Private Parties with the balance payable on the day of the event. A missing or damaged deposit is also required charged at €2 per headset hired. This deposit is repaid by cash, cheque or bank transfer after the event and a full stock requisition has taken place to assess any missing or damaged headsets.


For Public Silent Disco events, we operate a distribution table and accept a €10 deposit per headset per guest, this is then returned to the guest when each headset is returned undamaged.
